A one day retreat for women who feel stuck living in a frenzied state

Join Registered Professional Counsellar, Jackie Frasch; Naturopathic Doctor, Ali McMillan; and Fitness & Nutrition Coach Dawn Thalheimer for a day of re-setting and re-connecting. 

Your retreat includes small-group sessions on: 

  • managing anxiety and stress

  • what burnout is and how you can find balance

  • mental health and well-being

  • the six dimensions of deep health
